El Descanso - Frassaï

El Descanso takes us to the south of Argentina, where golden wheat fields stretch safely into the infinite horizon. The times are ripe, and the heavens have been generous with their abundant rains. Not far off, a chestnut horse grazes in the shade of an ombu tree, and the echo of its hooves breaks the silence of the pampa. Flocks of sparrows find their way back to their nests, cradled by the wind that lingers over the whispering plains.
